1. I feel like they are really credible because surveys and polls are things coming from people so obviously, this means a lot. Surveys come from people and if you are using the surveys then you are doing something that needs the feedback.
2. I think the hardest thing in this whole argument unit is trying to find a hook that will actually work to argue with. The next thing that is also really hard for me is trying to find good ads.

it has to message as the perceived value. It also has a tone of voice because I'm guessing that they are showing aggression. This is also showing celeb appeal and it has a Rhetorical Question.
