Romeo and Juliet.

1. In Shakespeare's story about Romeo and Juliet, people often wonder if the love that Romeo and Juliet had was, True love, Romantic Love or compassionate love? They definitely had Romantic love, there was nothing true about it. True love, in any case, is that they feel the same. Juliet might of thought she was so in love with this Romeo character. All he wanted was her, not her good will. In an article, it states that "Even if Romeo and Juliet had not died, their marriage would have been much harder than each expected. Their “love” progresses so quickly in the play that they barely have time to learn about each other." I feel as if the age difference meant a lot.
2. True love honestly is the best, because, you feel so passionate about it. It feels so true, so pure. In romantic, I feel as if, the only thing that you think about is lust, and that you don't really feel the full and true feeling of love.
3.Romeo was way more smart with his emotions. He was not only older than her but he also had a lot more experience than her, and there no doubt about that. Even in the article, it states that "Though she didn’t wish ill on her lover, the authenticity of her love was limited by her inexperience, young age, vulnerability, and inclination to focus on her physical attraction with Romeo."

  1. I really like how you responded to the second question. I can tell that you really thought about all of the options before choosing true love. I agree with you I think true/compassionate love is the best because you take the time to really care about your relationship rather than rushing through everything.
